Yes. Every studio lehn piece is crafted individually upon order. This allows us to maintain high standards of quality and reduce overproduction.

how long does production take?
Depending on the piece, production usually takes 6–8 weeks. For smaller objects or accessories, delivery may be faster. Each product page includes a specific lead time.

can I customise a piece?
Minor adjustments such as finish, colors for papercord seat or linoleum tabletop, can be accommodated. Please contact us at info@studiolehn.com to discuss custom requests.

how should I care for wood surfaces?
We recommend cleaning with a soft, damp cloth and avoiding aggressive cleaning agents. Over time, wood develops a natural patina that enhances its character- part of the beauty of natural materials.

how should I care for stainless steel surfaces?

Stainless steel surfaces require only minimal care. Clean with a soft, damp cloth and a mild detergent if needed, then dry thoroughly. Fingerprints or light stains can be removed with diluted vinegar or citric acid. Avoid abrasive cleaners or pads, and always wipe in the direction of the grain. Over time, the surface may develop a quiet patina that reflects use and life.

can linoleum surfaces be refinished?
Yes. Linoleum can be refreshed with a natural care wax or mild linseed-based polish. Avoid solvents and excess water.

are replacement parts available?
Some components, such as tabletops for geodetic or modular shelf elements, can be reordered individually.

do you accept returns?

We accept returns; however, we encourage you to purchase thoughtfully. Each piece is crafted with care, and many items are made to order.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
