Shipping Policy
1. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are displayed clearly during the checkout process.
For orders over €250, shipping within Germany is free of charge.

2. Delivery Areas
We currently ship within Germany and to all countries of the European Union.
International deliveries outside the EU are available upon request.

3. Delivery Times
Germany: approx. 6-8 weeks
EU countries: approx. 6-8 weeks
International upon request
Delivery times begin once payment has been received.
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays.

4. Shipping Carriers
Orders are shipped with DHL.
As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including a tracking number.

5. Partial Deliveries
If some of the ordered items are not immediately available, we may send partial shipments as long as this is reasonable for you.
You will not incur any additional shipping costs for partial deliveries.

6. Transport Damage
If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report the issue immediately to the delivery carrier and contact us without delay.
Failure to make a complaint or contact us will not affect your statutory warranty rights, but it helps us to process claims with the shipping provider.
